About Stefania

Stefania Sdao is a partner at Beard Winter LLP practicing civil litigation as part of the firm's Insurance Group. She represents insurers in a wide range of disputes, including motor vehicle accident tort claims, life and health claims, property damage and subrogation claims, coverage issues, and occupiers' liability matters. Stefania has appeared at various levels of the Ontario courts, including jury trials in Superior Court, as well as before administrative tribunals. She joined Beard Winter LLP as an articling student in 2012 and returned to the firm as a lawyer after her call to the bar in June 2013. Stefania holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, and she is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and The Advocates' Society.
