About Adam

Adam Bucci is a partner who defends complex insurance matters involving occupiers' liability, tavern liability, sports liability, product liability, professional negligence and motor vehicle claims. Adam also represents insurers in first-party claims under CGL and homeowners' policies and has appeared before the Superior Court and Divisional Court. Before joining Thomas Gold Pettingill, Adam gained civil litigation experience at the Crown Law Office of the Ministry of the Attorney General. Adam earned a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011 and a B.A. with high distinction from the University of Toronto in 2008, and was called to the bar in 2012. Recent files include defending taverns accused of over-service, municipalities facing winter maintenance claims, and institutions in defamation and professional negligence actions.
