About James

Jamie is a Partner and the immediate past CEO and Managing Partner of BOYNECLARKE LLP, with a practice focused on construction law and commercial litigation. He has litigated lien claims, bidding and tendering disputes, delay claims and building deficiencies, and has appeared at every level of court in Nova Scotia as well as courts in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. Jamie holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada for construction and commercial litigation since 2016. He's a fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and serves on the board of the Construction Association of Nova Scotia.
