Richard Norman is a partner in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2012. His practice focuses on commercial and administrative litigation, including insurance matters, estate disputes, municipal law, and fisheries-related cases. He has appeared before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Richard holds a JD from Dalhousie University and earlier degrees from the University of King's College and the University of Kent.
