About Stephanie

Stephanie Kay is an associate in the Employment & Labour Group handling employment and labour law matters, including employment standards, occupational health and safety, human rights, and terminations. She earned her BCL/JD from McGill University, where she completed a student clerkship at the Tribunal administratif du Québec. Before law school, she earned her BHSc (Honours) from McMaster University and worked on workplace policy.
