About Evan

Evan Tingley practices civil and commercial litigation, including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, failed real estate transactions, wrongful dismissal, partnership and shareholder conflicts, libel and slander, mortgage enforcement, and debt collection. He regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has also appeared before the Federal Court. He holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University (1993) and a B.A. (Hons.) from Mount Allison University (1990).
