About Peter

Peter Askew focuses on estate litigation, including will challenges, power of attorney disputes, guardianship applications, dependant support claims, and executor removal applications. He was formerly an associate and partner at a boutique firm handling contentious estate and commercial disputes, and he holds a TEP designation. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2016 and holds a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario.
