About Jahaan
Jahaan Premji is a litigator in the firm's Calgary office. Her practice spans employment disputes, defending insurance claims, and broader commercial litigation matters, including contested contracts, shareholder and director conflicts, enforcing judgments, and defending bodily injury claims. She has advised clients on workplace policies, terminations, and human rights complaints, from initial filings through Tribunal hearings, and has carried out workplace investigations. Jahaan Premji has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the province's Human Rights Tribunal, and the Court of King's Bench. She earned her law degree from the University of Alberta in 2020 and was called to the Alberta bar the following year.
