Miles Alperstein is a partner and leader of the Business Group at Watson Goepel, advising local and international corporate clients across industries including natural resources, real estate, technology, and manufacturing. His practice covers exempt and public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financings, lending transactions, real estate development, and trusts. Born in South Africa, Miles attended law school at Queen's University, was called to the bar in Alberta in 1986 and British Columbia in 1987, and has lived in Vancouver since 1986.
