Arthur Szabo has practised law since 1985 and is the principal of Szabo & Company, leading the firm's business, tax, and estate planning work. His practice centres on corporate-commercial counsel, corporate reorganizations, and insurance-based business planning for owner-managed businesses, together with the estate and succession planning that surrounds them. He has built, owned, and sold businesses and commercial real estate himself. He also serves as Honorary Consul of Hungary and is active in a number of community and philanthropic organizations.
