About Chaitnya

Chaitnya (Chetan) Mahajan is an associate lawyer at Lofranco Corriero focusing on personal injury litigation. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2026 after completing his articles at the firm under Joseph Corriero. Chetan earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB, JD Pathway) from the University of Leicester in 2024, building on a Bachelor of Commerce he completed with Distinction from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2022, where he made the Dean's List every year. As an undergraduate, he was selected for Toronto Metropolitan University's Top 200 Student Leadership Program and was mentored by a senior corporate lawyer at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Before pursuing law, Chetan gained professional experience at the Royal Bank of Canada and the City of Toronto, which sharpened the organizational and analytical skills he now brings to litigation files covering car, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, and spinal cord and brain injuries.
