About Megan

Megan M. Butler is an associate at Key Murray Law working from the Mill River and Summerside offices, having joined the firm after two summer terms and her articles there. Originally from O'Leary, she grew up in a small western Prince Edward Island community and wanted to return home to practice. Megan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics and a law degree from the University of New Brunswick, and was called to the bar of Prince Edward Island in 2026. She is building a general practice with a particular interest in family law, estate planning, criminal defence, fisheries law, and personal injury, and serves as a director of the West Point Development Corporation and the College of Piping and Celtic Performing Arts of Canada.
