About Rachel

Rachel Radley has more than 21 years of experience in family law and has represented clients at every level of the Ontario courts, from the Court of Justice through to the Court of Appeal. She has participated in drafting family law legislation and regulations and helps clients resolve issues such as separation, custody, access, child support, spousal support, and property division. Before entering private practice she spent more than nine years as supervising counsel for Eastern Ontario at the Family Responsibility Office, part of the Ministry of Community and Social Services, gaining negotiating skills and courtroom experience helping families meet support obligations. Rachel was called to the bar in 2002 after earning her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, following a B.A. with honours from York University. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the York Region Law Association, and the Toronto Family Lawyers Association.
