About Steven

Steven J. Roxborough is the managing partner of the British Columbia operations of Merchant Law Group LLP, with a practice covering class actions, civil litigation, personal injury, ICBC motor vehicle claims, and real estate and property litigation. He earned a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa, having first completed a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science, also at Ottawa. Steve previously served as an Adjunct Professor at UBC's NBK Institute of Mining Engineering and continues to give guest lectures on law and ethics there. He belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia, is a former member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, and is active with the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. A former national team athlete, Steve currently sits on the board of the Canadian Center for Mental Health in Sport, which supports mental health care for competitive and high-performance athletes and coaches.
