About Brett

Brett Armbrust is an associate lawyer at HALO whose practice centres on personal injury litigation, including ICBC motor vehicle accident claims. He earned a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia, graduating at the top of his class and as valedictorian with 15 First-in-Class awards, and was called to the British Columbia bar in June 2026. Before being called, he helped prepare for and attend more than 20 British Columbia Supreme Court trials and hearings before the Court of Appeal. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Victoria and competed in Canada's Wilson Moot in 2024.
