Margaret Rosling is counsel at Arvay Finlay LLP. She began practising law in 1987 at the Vancouver commercial firm Edwards, Kenny & Bray, then joined Berger & Nelson in 1997, a firm focused on Aboriginal and human rights matters, and was a founding partner of Rosenbloom, Aldridge, Bartley and Rosling. Her practice centres on Indigenous law, including treaty implementation, government relations, resource development, and environmental assessment, and she has led commercial negotiations involving mining, gas pipelines, LNG projects, and hydroelectric facilities, and advised on fiscal arrangements and infrastructure initiatives. She serves on the boards of Spirit North, which supports Indigenous youth through sport, and BGC South Coast BC.
