About Jack

Jack Fleming's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, working with Manitoba businesses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and investment transactions. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2006 after earning his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba and his B.Sc. and B.A. (Hons) from the University of Winnipeg. Jack is a director of Pass It Forward and has lectured occasionally for SEED Winnipeg. He was selected for The Best Lawyers™ in Canada 2026 in Banking and Finance Law, Commercial Leasing Law, Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
