Balraj S. Bains is a member of the litigation team at White & Jeet Criminal Defence, focusing on personal injury, insurance, and civil litigation. He represents individuals who have been injured and those seeking insurance coverage, and has appeared before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Provincial Court, the Federal Court of Canada, and various tribunals, in addition to assisting clients before Alberta courts. Before his legal career, he was a varsity basketball athlete at the University of British Columbia, competing nationally and internationally, and later spent time in professional basketball.
