Balraj S. Bains is a member of the litigation team at White & Jeet Criminal Defence, focusing on personal injury, insurance, and civil litigation. He represents individuals who have been injured and those seeking insurance coverage, and has appeared before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Provincial Court, the Federal Court of Canada, and various tribunals, in addition to assisting clients before Alberta courts. Before his legal career, he was a varsity basketball athlete at the University of British Columbia, competing nationally and internationally, and later spent time in professional basketball. His practice focuses on building thorough evidentiary files with medical experts and economists, and he represents plaintiffs exclusively in personal injury and insurance matters. Bains holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Laws from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham, and has been called to the bar in British Columbia and Alberta.
