About Cary
Cary J.M. Rodin practices personal injury litigation at Rodin Law Firm, with extensive trial and appellate experience at the Provincial Court, Court of King's Bench, British Columbia Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal levels. After a career as a journalist, he earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria in 1994 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1995, practicing personal injury and criminal defence law in Victoria as a partner in Morino & Rodin before moving to Calgary in 2006. He practiced with his brother Greg at Rodin Law Firm before joining Alberta Justice as a Crown Prosecutor, eventually becoming Assistant Chief Crown Prosecutor and prosecuting a number of high-profile murder, home invasion, and bank robbery cases. Cary returned to private practice at Rodin Law Firm in 2013, focusing on personal injury litigation, and teaches Trial Advocacy at the University of Calgary law school. He earned his BA from the University of British Columbia in 1984.
