About Isabelle

Isabelle Santerre is a bilingual associate in the Real Estate and Business Law Group, advising clients on corporate matters, business acquisitions, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her practice includes asset and share transactions, corporate restructurings, commercial financing, leasing, and contract negotiations. Since joining the firm as a student in 2021, she has also developed expertise in real estate and personal matters, including residential real estate, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. She is a part-time professor in the French Common Law Section at the University of Ottawa, teaching real estate transactions, and has served as president of her condominium board and held leadership roles with the Ottawa Law Review. She earned her J.D. and a B.Soc.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of Ottawa.
