About Colin

Colin Hooper is a lawyer in McInnes Cooper's Sydney office with a practice spanning corporate, business and commercial law, real estate, and wills, estates and probate matters. He assists clients with incorporations, reorganizations, asset and share purchases, financings, property acquisitions and general corporate advice. During law school he completed a semester abroad at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Colin is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, and sits on the board of the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce. He holds a J.D. from Dalhousie University and a B.Sc. from Cape Breton University, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2021.
