Speigel Nichols Fox LLP is a small commercial litigation firm in Mississauga, Ontario that has been in business since 1976. Founding partner Jonathan Speigel started out as a sole practitioner and moved into litigation as the practice grew, working in construction law since 1979 and litigation since about 1987. Speigel was called to the Ontario Bar in 1976 and later became a Law Society certified specialist in both civil litigation, in 1996, and construction law, in 2001. Irving Fox joined the firm in 1984 and built out its business law, commercial real estate, condominium, and debt collection practice groups.

Many of the firm's lawyers previously practiced at large national or international firms in Toronto and New York before moving to Mississauga, and the firm says it was one of the first in Canada to offer flat fee billing on all litigation and corporate matters, alongside contingency and value based arrangements. Its practice today covers commercial litigation and dispute resolution, construction law, business and real estate law, debt collection and enforcement, mediation, expropriation, and estates, trust, and capacity litigation. The office on Robert Speck Parkway was chosen for its access to highways 401, 403, and the QEW, an alternative to a downtown Toronto address for the many businesses based outside the city.
