About Ingrid

Ingrid Rost is associate counsel with over 35 years' experience as an insurance defence lawyer, handling complex bodily injury claims, medical malpractice cases for BC hospitals, municipal liability, product liability, property claims, and environmental contamination claims, as well as health and administrative law. Rost earned a B.A. with Distinction (1983) and an LL.B. (1987), both from the University of Victoria, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1988. She has been with Carfra Lawton as associate counsel since 2007, after earlier practising as a partner at Whitelaw Twining Law Corp in Vancouver.
