About Timothy

Tim Summers is a partner at Crease Harman LLP practising civil and construction litigation, representing companies, developers, contractors, and property owners in complex disputes and contract enforcement, as well as tort and personal injury matters. He also provides solicitor services in land use, rezoning, conveyancing, and project financing, with particular experience in property assessment cases involving complex and industrial properties. A long-time Vancouver Island resident who previously ran a heritage painting business, he holds a French Language Diploma from the University of Victoria and is active with the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Victoria Bar Association.
