About Kellesha

Kellesha Clarke-Brice holds the role of counsel within Osler's Technology Group. Her practice supports the commercial needs of emerging, high-growth companies across a range of industries, covering matters such as software licensing, hardware sale terms, platform services agreements and technology procurement. Before joining Osler, she was in-house counsel in the technology group of a major Canadian bank, bringing over a decade of experience in financial services, technology and commercial law. Clarke-Brice also supports emerging companies in developing their intellectual property and artificial intelligence strategies. She holds an LL.B. from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, a Certificate of Legal Education from Norman Manley Law School, and a B.Sc. in Political Science and Law from the University of the West Indies. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario.
