About Ines

Ines Jelic is a senior associate at Merovitz Potechin LLP focused on estate litigation, including will challenges, power of attorney disputes, removal of trustees, guardianship applications, dependant relief claims, and passing of accounts. Before joining the firm, her practice included personal injury, insurance defence, and estate litigation, along with experience in estate planning. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Journalism, with high honours, from Carleton University. She is a past president of the board of directors of The Rehabilitation Centre Volunteer Association.
