About Heidi
Heidi Wong is counsel whose practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, and corporate governance. She has worked on a wide range of transactional matters, including the purchase and sale of public and private companies, complex reorganizations, and debt and equity offerings. Heidi also advises clients on ongoing public markets compliance and governance obligations. In 2008 she completed a secondment to an energy company. She holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a business degree from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
