About Heather

Heather White's practice focuses on real estate, business law, and corporate and commercial matters, including commercial transactions, contract drafting, subdivisions, and financing and security arrangements. She supports business owners through incorporations, reorganizations, and shareholder and partnership agreements, and her estate planning and administration work includes acting as executor on several estates. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan (2016) and a BA in Criminology from Simon Fraser University (2013), and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2017.
