About Harleen
Harleen Mann is an associate at Baker Newby LLP practising family law, construction litigation, civil litigation and insolvency. She joined the firm as an articling student in 2025 and was called to the bar in January 2026. Born in Oliver, BC, she moved to Surrey in 2013 before settling in Abbotsford in 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in criminology with a minor in political science from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Birmingham, earned in 2023, and gained experience with the Crown Prosecution Service and the Birmingham Law School Pro Bono Group during law school. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and South Asian Bar Association and is fluent in Punjabi.
