About Hamoody

Hamoody Rahal is the managing partner at Randy Ai Law Office, practising employment law, labour law, and human rights law from Toronto. Rahal handles wrongful dismissal and constructive dismissal claims, human rights complaints, workplace harassment and discrimination cases, non-solicitation and non-competition disputes, and employment agreement and severance package reviews for both employees and employers. Rahal articled at a boutique multi-service firm in Mississauga before joining Randy Ai Law Office. Rahal earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Toronto, graduating with high distinction, and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, completing an exchange at the National University of Singapore and volunteering with UBC's Law Students Legal Advice Program along the way.
