Mark Yazdani of Yazdani Law Office focuses on disability insurance claims and works closely with Randy Ai Law Office on these matters. With over 20 years of experience, he represents disabled employees across Ontario whose long-term disability claims have been wrongly denied or prematurely terminated, pursuing group insurers such as Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, and Desjardins on their behalf. He also assists clients who face pressure from insurers to return to work despite ongoing disability. Mark previously practised as a litigator at Lang Michener LLP and served as in-house counsel for RBC Insurance before dedicating his practice exclusively to representing disabled employees.
