About Randy

Randy Ai is the founder and principal lawyer of Randy Ai Law Office, serving London, Ontario and the surrounding area. Ai was called to the Bar in 2010 and has represented hundreds of employees and employers in wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, severance package, and workplace harassment matters. Before founding the firm, Ai worked at one of Canada's leading labour and employment law firms. Ai has appeared before the Federal Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and has been featured as an employment law commentator on CTV News and other media outlets. Ai holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from McMaster University.
