About Hailey
Hailey Berge joined DWF Group as a summer student in 2022, returned for her articling term in 2023, and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2024. She practises insurance defence litigation, with a focus on bodily injury and subrogation matters, and has appeared on behalf of clients before the provincial and supreme courts of British Columbia. Hailey earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Ottawa's English common law program in 2023, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice with a minor in French at the University of the Fraser Valley in 2020. Before law school, she worked as a crisis intervention worker with the Ann Davis Transition Society and as a legal assistant with the University of Ottawa's community legal clinic. She also received a fellowship in 2021 to work as a legal advocate with Prisoners' Legal Services.
