About Navratan

Navratan Singh Fateh is the principal lawyer of Fateh Law Corporation, a firm dedicated to Canadian immigration law. He earned his law degree (B.A. LL.B., Hons.) from Panjab University in Chandigarh, completed a diploma in Law & Psychology at Harvard Summer School, and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto, where his thesis addressed honour killings in a Canadian context and he served as president of the Graduate Law Students Association. He was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2014 after completing his articles, and is also a member of the Bar Council of India. He has represented clients before the Provincial Courts of British Columbia, the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Federal Court of Canada, and operates the only Canadian law firm with a permanent office in Chandigarh, India.
