About Noah
Noah Ciglen is a partner in Torkin Manes' Commercial Real Estate Group, advising clients on commercial sales and acquisitions, financing, development, social and affordable housing, and leasing. His work includes drafting and negotiating agreements of purchase and sale, credit agreements, asset-backed security documents, co-ownership agreements, and commercial leases. Noah also acts for developers and builders throughout the full lifecycle of condominium and subdivision projects, from acquiring and financing land to drafting condominium documents and registering subdivision plans. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 after earning his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. from McMaster University. Noah sits on the Board of Directors of the Kehilla Residential Programme, a non-profit that provides affordable housing and rental assistance to Holocaust survivors and Jewish families in the Greater Toronto Area.
