About Gurjit

Gurjit S. Sidhu is a member of the litigation practice at White & Jeet Criminal Defence, focusing on personal injury, civil litigation, and estate litigation. He has represented clients before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the BC Supreme Court, the BC Provincial Court, and various administrative tribunals, and works with medical experts and other specialists to build the evidentiary foundation for his clients' claims. Sidhu takes a client-centred approach, focusing on clear communication about the strength of a claim, the process ahead, and the options available at each stage, whether through negotiated settlement or trial. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Victoria, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2012. In his spare time, he enjoys playing ball hockey and travelling with his wife and two children.
