About David

David Ly practises criminal defence at White & Jeet Criminal Defence, appearing for people charged across central and southern Alberta, including Calgary, Red Deer, and the surrounding circuit court locations. David's matters span domestic and aggravated assault, sexual offences, drug possession and trafficking, and firearms charges, with particular focus on disclosure and Charter issues. Trial work includes hearings in the Alberta Court of Justice and preliminary inquiries in the Court of King's Bench, along with SafeRoads Alberta Immediate Roadside Sanction written reviews.
