About David

David A. Popovitch was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta. He earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Lethbridge in 1978 and an LL.B. from the University of Calgary in 1993. He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1994 and returned to Lethbridge to practise. His work focuses on family law, wills and estates, and real estate, along with mediation and general civil litigation. He has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta.
