About Luke

Luke Day, based in Medicine Hat, worked as an investment advisor for a national investment bank before attending Dalhousie Law School, earning his LL.B. in 2003. He maintains a general practice with an emphasis on commercial civil litigation, contract law, employment law, condominium and construction law, personal injury, bankruptcy and insolvency, immigration, and corporate and commercial law, and has appeared before courts and tribunals in Alberta and Saskatchewan. He serves on the Medicine Hat College Board of Governors.
