About Greg

Greg Rushton is a partner in McInnes Cooper's Sydney office with a practice focused on corporate and commercial law as well as real property transactions. He advises clients on corporate governance, tax-efficient business structures and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and equity financing and security placement, working with professionals, lenders, First Nations communities, small business owners, and not-for-profit and government organizations. Greg has served the community as past chair of Talbot House, an addiction recovery house for men, and currently sits on the board of Unity House Society. He holds a J.D. from Dalhousie University and a B.Sc. (Hons) from Dalhousie University, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2012.
