About Harvey

Harvey McPhee has been a senior partner at Sampson McPhee for over 20 years and has practiced for more than three decades, focusing on injury cases, residential and commercial proceedings, corporate and civil litigation, and estates, wills and trusts. He was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1985 after earning an LL.B., B.Ed., and B.Sc. from Dalhousie University, and has experience before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Harvey shares his experience through continuing legal education lectures on insurance and litigation and has served the Dalhousie Law Alumni Association and the United Way of Cape Breton.
