About Greg

Greg Cavouras practises in administrative law and professional regulation, with experience in investigations and discipline, illegal practice, registration, professional standards and governance. He returned to private practice in 2020 after eight years in senior in-house positions with two regulatory bodies, and holds the Canadian Bar Association's Certified In-House Counsel, Canada designation. He has appeared before a wide range of administrative tribunals, all levels of court in British Columbia, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has presented at national conferences on professional regulation.
