About Jennifer

Jennifer Cao first joined Davison Law Group (now Davison North Law) in 2011 as a paralegal before returning to school in 2013 to complete her law degree, articling with the firm and staying on as a lawyer after being called to the bar in 2017. She maintains a wide-ranging civil litigation practice, including commercial and contractual disputes, property disputes, employment disputes, and administrative law, and has represented clients before the Provincial Court, the BC Supreme Court, the Residential Tenancy Branch, the Employment Standards Branch, and the BC Human Rights Tribunal. Jennifer also oversees the firm's corporate records department, is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, and volunteers with Access Pro Bono and Variety - the Children's Charity. She is conversant in Vietnamese.
