About Elyse
Elyse Loewen is building a diverse civil litigation practice at SMR after graduating at the top of her class from Dalhousie University and completing a clerkship at BC's highest court. She joined the British Columbia Ministry of Attorney General, gaining experience in administrative law, criminal law and civil litigation, and has published academic articles on Indigenous consultation and legal education.
