About David
David Eleff practices general civil litigation, including personal injury, administrative law matters such as professional regulation and disciplinary proceedings, and wills and estates litigation, and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. Originally from Manitoba, where he was called to the bar in 2009, he practised criminal defence in Winnipeg before moving to British Columbia in 2011, where he worked for one of the province's largest regulatory bodies and a plaintiff personal injury firm before joining SMR. He obtained a permanent injunction against an asbestos abatement company for civil contempt in a case that resulted in a custodial sentence.
