About Gerald

Gerry Cuttler focuses on litigation, dispute resolution and advocacy, with an emphasis on corporate, commercial, estate and administrative law, and often acts as counsel on complex matters or as a mediator. His administrative law practice includes acting for administrative bodies and professionals, with extensive experience in the regulation of the legal profession, including investigations, discipline and ethics advice. He was an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia between 2013 and 2016, co-teaching Ethics and Professionalism, and has represented the Law Society of British Columbia in several leading appellate cases.
