About Nassira

Nassira El Hadri is the founder and principal lawyer of Hadri Law, focusing on M&A, corporate, and commercial law. She earned her LLB from Rovira i Virgili University in Spain and later completed an LLM in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, and she was called to the bar in Ontario in 2021. Before founding the firm, she worked as a corporate and commercial associate at a mid-size Hamilton firm advising banks and corporate clients on M&A and financing transactions.
