Summer Somani has conducted workplace investigations since 2019, beginning at a major financial institution's specialized investigations team before joining Marshall Workplace Law. She investigates allegations of discrimination, harassment, and workplace violence for federally and provincially regulated employers in education, financial services, and non-profit sectors.
