About Iuliia

Iuliia Shulakewych is a lawyer who holds the TEP designation, an internationally recognized hallmark of expertise in trusts and estates, as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She studied at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, earning an LL.M. focused on technology-driven solutions for accessible, client-centred legal services, and was called to the Ontario Bar after articling at a boutique Ottawa firm specializing in real estate, wills, and estates. She previously interned at an international law firm in Ottawa and at the House of Commons, completed a Legal Research Fellowship at the University of Zurich, and advanced with the national winning team at the Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, and the County of Carleton Law Association, and she assists clients with real estate, wills, powers of attorney, guardianship applications, and estate administration.
