Geoffrey Connolly, K.C., P.Eng., is a partner at Stewart McKelvey's Charlottetown office, working with individuals and businesses on corporate financing transactions ranging from small loans to those exceeding $50 million. His practice also covers real estate transactions, including commercial land development and residential purchases and sales, and construction-related work such as preparing tender responses, contracts, and advising on delay claims. Geoffrey earned his LLB from the University of New Brunswick in 1991, a BSc in Civil Engineering also from UNB in 1987, and a Diploma in Engineering from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1984. He was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 1992 and named King's Counsel in 2014. He has served as a Director of Engineers Canada and chaired the Law Society of PEI's Real Property Committee.
